Every UpperSearch software purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If UpperSearch is not the right fit for your workflow, you can request a full refund of the UpperSearch software purchase price within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward:
- Send an email to contact@uppersearch.io within 30 calendar days of your original purchase.
- Include the email address associated with your purchase and your order receipt or transaction ID.
- A brief explanation of why the software did not meet your expectations is welcome to help us improve, but is never required to receive your refund.
Once a refund is approved, it will be submitted to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
Third-Party Provider Charges Are Not Refundable by UpperSearch
UpperSearch connects directly to external data providers (such as DataForSEO and Host.io). Any fees or credits you purchase directly from those providers are billed and managed independently by them. UpperSearch does not collect, markup, or broker those fees and cannot issue refunds for third-party API spend.
License Deactivation
Upon issuance of a refund, your UpperSearch software license key will be deactivated. You agree to uninstall the UpperSearch software from your Windows computer once your refund has been processed.
Fair Use & Anti-Abuse Terms
Our 30-day guarantee is designed to let genuine search professionals and website owners evaluate UpperSearch with complete confidence.
To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized chargebacks, or repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same customer, organization, or associated entities. This does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.
